The research aims to improve learning process of undergraduate students through effective supervision in industrial training (IT). Refer to Kirkpatrick Model as our theoretical framework to evaluate the effectiveness supervision of IT. The model includes four levels of outcome evaluation : (1) reaction, (2) learning, (3) behavior and (4) results. It provides a sequential framework to evaluate training. Any information from each prior level serves as a base for the next level's evaluation. Thus, each successive level may represent a more precise measure of the effectiveness of supervision in the industrial training. The objectives of this study are :-
- to determine if increased and early intervention by lecturers improve the outcome of industrial training
- to determine the benefits and skills gained through industrial training from the perspective of trainees and supervisors
