Punca hidung berdarah!

Hidung kita boleh berdarah dengan mudah apabila saluran kecil yang terdapat dalam hidung pecah. Hidung berdarah juga boleh disebabkan oleh selsema, suhu badan terlalu tinggi, alahan, menghembus nafas terlalu kuat, kekeringan selaput lendir serta tekanan darah tinggi. Lebih menakutkan, kadang kala masalah sebegini boleh mengancam nyawa apabila darah keluar dengan terlalu banyak dan tidak berhenti-henti. Untuk menghentikan aliran darah tersebut, kamu boleh picit hidung secara lembut di semua bahagian hidung dan bernafas melalui mulut. Lakukan selama 10 minit tanpa henti. Selain itu, jangan berbaring. Bangun dan bongkokkan badan ke hadapan. Bersihkan darah dengan kain yang lembap dan letakkan ais di bahagian pipi dan dahi. Untuk rawatan lanjut, segeralah berjumpa doktor.

You will be alert about the project with 3 whistle sounds. The staffs in each section will give a signal by blowing whistle right before SJ go to back stage after their FINAL PERFORMANCE. (When they are at main stage). All the numbered seat tickets holder will do the bow, while the rockpitt tickets holder will do the "saranghae" sign.

The "One" for Turtles

WWF-Malaysia thanks The One Academy of Communication Design for supporting our turtle conservation efforts. In May 2009, WWF-Malaysia approached The One Academy and their multimedia students to develop an animation documentary on turtle conservation and turtle-friendly practices for the tourism industry. The animation was a fun and exciting way of spreading turle conservation messages. The 3rd year multimedia students were briefed about the objectives, key messages and artistic treatment to be presented in this animation. They also visited WWF-Malaysia's turtle conservation project project site in Melaka to get a better understanding of our turtle conversation work as well as obtain photos and materials for the animation. The project took 11 weeks to complete and was part of the students' industrial training module. They found the collaboration beneficial as they could experience dealing with a client in a real life situation. The final animation will be used in WWF-Malaysia's educatinal efforts on turtle conservation.
